\u6210\u4e3a\u4eca\u5e74\u51cf\u80a5\u836f\u7092\u4f5c\u7684\u4ee3\u540d\u8bcd\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5206\u6790\u5e08\u9884\u6d4b\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u5e02\u573a\u89c4\u6a21\u5c06\u8fbe\u52301000 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u80a1\u4ef7\u4e0a\u6da8 49%\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u8fd9\u5bb6\u4e39\u9ea6\u516c\u53f8\u8d85\u8d8a
